PHOTOS

If we receive your photos and they are not clear enough for our artist to work from we will request other options from you.
SENDING PHOTOS
Once you have ordered your portrait you should receive an automated email with further instruction.
Please email your photos, with your order number in the subject line, to portraits@burntpeach.co.uk
TURNAROUND TIME
Once photos are received you can expect your proof to be emailed within 7 working days. (this may be slightly longer at busy periods)
PROOFS
You can expect to receive your portrait proof within 3-7 working days after placing your order. If you don't see your proof in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If it's still missing, feel free to reach out to us.
Once you receive your proof, please review it carefully before giving your approval for printing. If you’re not completely happy with it, you have three complimentary changes included in the price of your portrait. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any changes needed after approval.
During busy periods, proof turnaround times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
CHANGES
Should your portrait not be completely right we allow up to 3 changes included in the price you have paid. We really want you to be happy with your artwork, so feel free to scribble on your proofs and give clear directions how you would like the artwork changed. Sometimes it can be the smallest tweaks that make the biggest difference so please ask for any amendments.
REDRAW
If you are not at all happy and feel the portrait is not right, then you may require a redraw. We charge £35 for a total redraw and will need a new photo supplied before we can begin the work.
RETURNS
As each portrait is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if your portrait arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
ADDITIONAL PRINTS
After your portrait is created you can order additional prints for friends and family.
These can be ordered in different styles to your original artwork and the price is included.

BESPOKE ORDERS
If you require portraits that contain more than 5 people please get in touch and we can give you a bespoke price.
If you would like a full body portrait created then please get in touch for a bespoke quote.
COLOURS
We offer an array of colours and understand it can be overwhelming to make a choice. If you want any bespoke colour matching to your home, or would like to discuss the colour options please get in touch with pia@burntpeach.co.uk who will be happy to chat through some options for you.

SHIPPING
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the specific items ordered.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a few days for the tracking details to become active.
Will all my items be shipped together?
Not necessarily. Depending on the items ordered, they may be shipped in separate parcels. This is to ensure the most efficient and timely delivery of each item to your location.
Why are items shipped separately?
Burnt Peach items are produced in various different factories. Each factory may use a different shipping courier, and it's up to the factory to choose the most appropriate courier for your order. This helps optimize shipping times and delivery efficiency.
What shipping couriers do you use?
We work with a variety of shipping couriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, and DPL. The choice of courier depends on the factory responsible for producing your ordered items.
Can I choose my preferred shipping courier?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific courier requests as the choice is made by the factory to ensure the best delivery service for your order.
How can I estimate shipping times?
Shipping times depend on your location, the items ordered, and the courier used. We aim to ship non customisable orders within 2-5 day and customised products between 7-15 days. (these times vary with portraits due to the nature of the proofing stages and can also vary at busy times of the year)
My tracking information hasn't updated. What should I do?
Please allow a few days for tracking information to become active. If you continue to experience issues, feel free to reach out to us at hello@burntpeach.co.uk for assistance.

RETURNS
APPAREL
Returns can be challenging for us as each garment is printed to order. We kindly request you to carefully review your sizing before placing an order. While we prefer to avoid returns, we understand that circumstances may arise. If you receive a faulty item or are genuinely dissatisfied, please contact us immediately or within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will be happy to refund a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition. Only unworn and unwashed items will be eligible for a refund less the shipping cost.
Please enclose details of your name and order number in the parcel with your items, along with how you'd like us to proceed; refund or exchange etc. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
Please ensure you retain your tracking number or proof of postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Faulty Items in the rare and unfortunate case that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
PORTRAITS
As portraits are bespoke returns can not be accepted. However if your portrait arrives and has been damaged in any way or you are not entirely happy then please contact hello@burntpeach.co.uk immediately and provide photos of the faults.
PRINTS
If you do decide to return your item/s, we will offer a refund upon receipt, provided the items are in the condition in which they were received, and were purchased within 14 days.
Please note that we do not pay for return shipping costs and we do not accept returns or exchanges of customised print items, so please make sure you double check your personalisation details and measurements before ordering.
