Framing should feel effortless. Our Add a Frame service turns your print or portrait into a piece that's ready to hang and cherish. Each frame is hand cut and assembled by expert framers, using Italian veneer mouldings. Veneer has the look and feel of solid wood, but it's lighter and more sustainable, which is ideal for family life. Your artwork is glazed with durable perspex for a clean, practical finish. It's made for you, and made to last.
How to choose
Pick the size of your print, then your frame colour, then mount or no mount.
No mount
Your print is framed edge to edge. The frame is the same size as your print.
With mount
Your print stays exactly the same size. We frame it one size up, with a soft white border around it that lets it breathe. Nothing is resized and nothing is cropped (the mount just overlaps the very edge by a few millimetres to hold it in place).
Just so you know, this means your frame arrives bigger than your print:
- A5 print arrives in an A4 frame
- A4 print arrives in an A3 frame
- A3 print arrives in an A2 frame
- A2 print arrives in an A1 frame
Mounts are available for A5, A4, A3 and A2 prints.
Frame specs: profile width 20mm, depth 22mm.

Custom Artwork Proofs:
- You’ll receive your custom artwork proof via email within 3-7 working days after placing your order. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- If it’s still missing, contact us immediately!
- Review your proof carefully—you have up to three complimentary changes. After your approval, we cannot make further changes to the design.
Print Turnaround:
- Once your design is approved, printing takes 3-5 working days. Please note, during busy periods, proof and print turnaround times may be slightly longer.
- You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Returns:
Items are printed to order so returns are not ideal.
Customisable artwork is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. However, if your print arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.
If you wish to return an item please contact us hello@burntpeach.co.uk and we will help you with the request.
Shipping:
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Non-custom items ship within 3-5 days; custom products take 7-15 days. Shipping times vary by location.
Separate Shipments:
Items may ship separately because Burnt Peach uses different factories, each with its own courier for optimal delivery.
Tracking:
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow a few days for it to activate.
Couriers:
We use various couriers (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD), but cannot accommodate specific courier requests.
