Portrait Proofs:
You’ll receive your portrait proof within 3-7 working days after placing your order. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam folder. Still missing? Contact us! Please review your proof carefully before approval—you have up to three complimentary changes. After approval, we cannot make further changes.

Redraws:
If you're unhappy with the portrait and need a complete redraw, we charge £35 and will need a new photo to start fresh.

Print Turnaround:
Once approved, printing takes 3-5 working days. During busy periods, both proof and print times may be longer. You'll receive tracking info once your order is dispatched.

Returns:

Since each portrait is made to order, we cannot accept returns. However, if your portrait arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.

Shipping:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Non-custom items ship within 3-5 days; custom products take 7-15 days. Shipping times vary by location.

Separate Shipments: 

Items may ship separately because Burnt Peach uses different factories, each with its own courier for optimal delivery.

Tracking: 

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow a few days for it to activate.

We use various couriers (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD), but cannot accommodate specific courier requests
