1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of burntpeach.co.uk and any purchase made through this website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Burnt Peach is a sole trader business operated by Pia Gill, trading as Burnt Peach.
2. Our Contract With You
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not an acceptance of it. A contract between us is formed when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case you will be refunded in full.
3. Products
We make every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions and colours are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Custom and personalised products are made to order and may vary slightly from examples shown.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
5. Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other available options. Payment is taken at the time of order.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes listed on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Your Right to Cancel & Return (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, without giving any reason (the “cooling-off period”).
For physical goods, the 14-day cancellation period begins the day after you receive your delivery.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at hello@burntpeach.co.uk before the 14-day period expires.
Please note the following exceptions to the right to cancel:
- Custom and personalised items (including bespoke portraits and personalised prints) are exempt from the right to cancel once production has begun, as these are made to your specific requirements.
- Digital downloads once downloaded or accessed are non-refundable.
Returning Goods
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at hello@burntpeach.co.uk. Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to return.

Returned items must be in their original, unused, and re-saleable condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at hello@burntpeach.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, photography, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Pia Gill / Burnt Peach. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burnt Peach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your data to third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.

Hi I'm Pia
Designer, founder and now content creator.
I spent 10 years as an art director in advertising, shaping the look and feel of big brand campaigns.
(I do sometimes miss those big far away shoot days.)
But when motherhood came along, that lifestyle just did not fit anymore. So I built my own brand, Burnt Peach, from scratch.
Designing, shooting, styling, editing, learning and figuring it out along the way.
I have grown a social community of over 26k by showing up as myself online, and somehow that worked.
Real and relatable. Sometimes stylish, sometimes messy, but always real.
A child asking for a snack, the dog trying to sit in shot, a cuppa going cold because I got distracted mid idea.
Real life has always been the content.
Along the way other brands started asking me to create content for them too, and I realised I really enjoyed it.
So here we are.
Not a pivot. Just the next step.
