Separate Shipping:

Prints are shipped separately from other items in your order, meaning your packages may arrive at different times.

Custom Artwork Proofs:
- You’ll receive your custom artwork proof via email within 3-7 working days after placing your order. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

- If it’s still missing, contact us immediately!

- Review your proof carefully—you have up to three complimentary changes. After your approval, we cannot make further changes to the design.

Print Turnaround:
- Once your design is approved, printing takes 3-5 working days. Please note, during busy periods, proof and print turnaround times may be slightly longer.

- You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Returns:

Items are printed to order so returns are not ideal.

Customisable artwork is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. However, if your print arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.

If you wish to return an item please contact us hello@burntpeach.co.uk and we will help you with the request.

Shipping:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Non-custom items ship within 3-5 days; custom products take 7-15 days. Shipping times vary by location.

Separate Shipments: 

Items may ship separately because Burnt Peach uses different factories, each with its own courier for optimal delivery.

Tracking: 

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow a few days for it to activate.

Couriers: 

We use various couriers (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD), but cannot accommodate specific courier requests.
