Supports sustainable cotton sourcing through Better Cotton, and each piece contains recycled materials — on average11 post-consumer recycled PET bottles (550ml).

Care Instructions

Wash similar colours together, do not iron on print, wash and iron inside out. Wash at 30 degrees.

Do NOT tumble dry.

Sweatshirts are printed to order. We aim to despatch orders within 7-14 working days. This can vary at busy times. You will receive an email notification and tracking link when your order has been shipped. Please make sure you have checked the sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

SHIPPING

Items are sent Tracked via Royal Mail. You should receive a tracking link when your order is on it's way.

RETURNS

We print to order so returns are not ideal. However, if you need to returns the item it must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags attached and free from any marks, stains, or odours (including deodorant, makeup, or perfume).

If a returned item is received in a condition that prevents it from being resold at full price, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. This may include:

• Returning the item back to you, as it does not meet our returns criteria.
• Offering a partial refund if the item can be resold at a discounted price.

We kindly ask that you carefully check items before returning them to ensure they meet these conditions.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the returns criteria stated above.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned items.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time; if you require a different size or style, simply return the original item(s) and place a new order.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
