How does custom artwork work?

Once you’ve placed your order for a custom quote, you’ll receive an emailed proof within 3 working days. You’ll have up to 3 rounds of changes included in the price, so we can tweak the design if needed. We’ll only send it to print once you’re 100% happy with it — no rush, no pressure.

TURN-A-ROUND TIMES

When will my order be dispatched?
All items are printed to order.

  • Custom artwork: You’ll receive your proof via email within 3 working days. We’ll print and dispatch it once you’ve approved the final design.
  • Unframed prints: Dispatched within 3–5 working days.
  • Framed prints: Dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Please note: Dispatch times may vary slightly depending on the time of year.

FRAMING

Do you offer framing?
Yes — we offer a professional framing service. Our handcrafted wooden frames are sleek, modern, and ready to hang, giving your artwork the perfect finish.

Prefer to frame it yourself? No problem. All our prints are designed to fit standard sizes, so it’s easy to find a frame you love from most retailers.

If you choose to frame your print yourself, then here are a few recommendations:

POSTERY  IKEA DESENIO are all great options and have a variety of sizes and styles available. 
For A-size frames JOHN LEWIS has a great selection. 

If you love vintage frames then ROCK THE HEIRLOOM offers a bespoke service to give your artwork a really unique look.

PAPER & INK QUALITY

We print on premium fine art matte paper (200gsm), using Giclée printing with archival inks that won't fade over time. The result? Stunning, high-quality artwork that will look incredible for years to come.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?
As all items are personalised and printed to order custom artwork is not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days and include photos of the damage. We’ll make it right.
